Outreach to the Governor

For those that are following, we are waiting for the Governor's action on HB 7103. Please reach out to the Governor's office and express your support. Either email or call 850-717-9337 and say "I support House Bill 7103."

Note that this bill covers many aspects of housing. Included in this bill is a provision to extend the deadline for fire safety and allow time for other options to be available.

Annual Report and Budget Documents

Available on Website

The Annual Report from the HOA and Management Company is available on the website to owers and residence with a log in. This update includes the most recent financial statements. Look for it on the HOA Infor > HOA Board page under October's Management Report download, and under the additional Annual Meeting and Budget download.

UPDATE: Bill 653 Vetoed

Gov. Scott vetoes bill easing fire-protection requirements for condos

Despite efforts by condominium HOA’s, Gov. Scott vetoed Bill 653 which would have relaxed requirements for fire safety systems. You can read more here:
